The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main entrance of the park. It was so convenient to be able to walk back to our room whenever we needed a break. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a separate area for the kids. We were also kinda surprised to find bug screens on the windows, which kept the mosquitoes out. The check-in process was smooth, and the owner was cute and accommodating. We appreciated the early check-in and the effort to find us a room that was ready. The design of the room was cool and inviting, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a plentiful selection of food to choose from. Being able to leave our luggage securely was a bonus, and having an ATM conveniently located downstairs was a plus. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of spoons for the tea and coffee facilities, and the slightly uncomfortable beds, our overall experience at Pension Am Park was excellent.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is so close to Europa Park that you can just roll out the door and be at the front gate in no time. It couldn't be more convenient for those looking to enjoy a day at the park. Moreover, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and provided great service. They were always willing to assist and make sure guests had a pleasant stay. Additionally, I really appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room itself was fine. Finally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delightful. It had a good variety and was definitely worth the price.
